Summary Eyes of Wakanda, the upcoming Black Panther spin-off, could introduce an MCU hero who has been missing since Netflix's Defenders saga. Eyes of Wakanda has been in development for a while as one of Marvel's upcoming TV shows. The show will be animated, following in the footsteps of other animation shows in the MCU like What If...? and X-Men '97.
In attendance at D23's Marvel Animation panel, Screen Rant discovered that Iron Fist could be introduced in Eyes of Wakanda. The footage shown at the panel and the comments made by Ryan Coogler and other creators hinted that the show will intersect with other areas of MCU history, including other hidden cities.
