In order to do so it is requesting approvals for a liquor license transfer.

The warehouse club, which is constructing a store at the Beltway Commons, a retail development at the former Park Inn by Radisson Harrisburg West along the Carlisle Pike, is requesting an inter-municipal restaurant liquor license transfer from the formerThe Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board allows licenses to be transferred between municipalities within the same county. Approval is required from the municipality where the license is being transferred.
The chain will join several other retailers at the Beltway Commons, including a mix of retail establishments and restaurants. The property along the Carlisle Pike on 17 acres near Route 581 is across from the Gateway Square shopping center.
