The practical considerations for the preparations of the DPA 2023 are as follows:

1. The Delegates should be bilingual or trilingual, and the language should include English or, at the very least, Bahasa Malaysia. For example, they should understand Tamil and English or Chinese and English. The primary language used at the convention will be English and Bahasa Malaysia.3. A total number of about 400 delegates will be invited.
