"After finishing university I felt quite lost and didn't know what I wanted to do. I think I followed my curiosity for most of it," she said.Ashruti, from Leicester, embraced free digital skills training and support from online and offline communities and urged other job hunters to take similar opportunities."I think take power in community and in mentors," she said. "Mentoring can be a big advantage.
