· We suggest customers keep in mind that our pipes are just like us and our pets; they need warmth. Keep the thermostat at at least 65 degrees in the home. Open all cabinets under the sinks so that pipes can receive that warm air. Leave those faucets at a slow drip to keep water pressure active. · If you have a basement or garage where pipes are exposed, wrap them with a towel or blanket and duct tape during cold temperatures.
