“It just takes some time unfortunately,’’ Chief Scott Thurmond said. “I wish we already had individuals in jail, but we don’t.”
Homicide investigations are sifting through photos and videos sent through a QR code established for information in the Saturday shooting that killed four and wounded 17.“We’ve got to work through those ,’’ Thurmond said. “Some are better than others, and then we have to piece them all together.”
