Great news for fans of the bakery chain
Birds Bakery has unveiled plans for its 63rd store in the East Midlands – bringing its much-loved selection of baked family favourites to Teal Park in Netherfield. Birds joins a number of household names on the expanding business park, situated off the A612 Colwick Loop Road, which includes the newly-opened Aldi.
Birds Bakery was founded in 1919 and has been providing sweet and savoury treats to families in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire ever since. Teal Park is the company’s 25th site in Nottinghamshire, with stores also in Wollaton, Sherwood, Arnold, Mapperley, Clifton and the Victoria Centre.Last year, Birds launched its 62nd outlet, opening its doors on Melton Road in West Bridgford.
