Billy Joel and Sting were announced as the Rice-Eccles' next large-scale concert at a media event Thursday morning -- which included a Billy-Joel-T-shirt-clad U Football Head Coach Kyle Whittingham arriving and exiting on a motorcycle.stadium tour that begins in Indianapolis in February of next year, heads to New York's Syracuse, and stops off in Denver before the tour's finale in Salt Lake City.
