Russian-born billionaire Yuri Milner, the founder of technology investment firm DST Global, said Monday that he has officially renounced his Russian citizenship

and other Ukrainian cities in response to a weekend attack that seriously damaged a bridge connecting Russia to occupied Crimea, which Russia blamed on Ukraine.
