The Bad Guy star, 21, teased last month that she had gone under the needle as she gave a glimpse of a large black tattoo on the back of her neck, disappearing under her collar. Now Billie has shown it off in all its glory, but the intricate design has left fans more confused than ever.
It’s unclear whether the bruised look was due to an injury or makeup but the star didn’t clear things up when fans questioned it in the comments section. Billie’s bruise came alongside snaps of her adventures, from watching a lightning storm over a city to exploring an art gallery. The What Am I Made For legend isn’t the only celebrity making headlines with their choice of ink recently, as newly-divorced Britney Spears got several new pieces done while on holiday in Mexico.
