Q: Tell us about any and all COVID prevention measures, requirements, etc
A: Your safety is our top priority. Billboard will comply with all applicable Covid Federal, State and local laws regarding masking, social distancing, number of attendees, indoor/outdoor, etc. We will require all registrants to provide either proof of vaccination OR a negative test result no more than 72 hours prior to checking in at Billboard Latin Music Week.
Registrants will be required to complete a questionnaire asking Covid symptoms questions and will not be admitted if they are experiencing those symptoms. Masks and hand sanitizers will be available throughout the Faena Forum and our staff will be providing sanitation services to all high-touch areas frequently throughout each day.A: Refunds will be available if Billboard Latin Music Week is cancelled or reschedules.
