First, the trailer opens with the old-school"Orion Pictures" logo. This has nothing to do with anything, but I'm a movie nerd and I love it and it reminds me of my childhood — so I'm mentioning it. Excellent.Anyway, the minute-and-a-half-long teaser reveals that, in present day, the boys are still best buds and rockin' out together.

So, with the fate of the free world on the line, the two come up with the Bill and Ted-iest of Bill and Ted plans, and they decide to go to the future — when they've already finished the song — and steal the song from themselves.The movie looks absolutely bonkers in every way and has some killer casting choices, including Holland Taylor, Kid Cudi, Samara Weaving, Beck Bennett, Jillian Bell, Kristen Schaal, and more!Oh, and also, the Grim Reaper is back!So, uh, yeah.
