Cuomo, a Democrat, has come under fire after New York Attorney General Letitia James released a report Tuesday that concluded that the governor, breaking federal and state laws, following a months-long investigation. Cuomo authorized the investigation on February 28 after three women accused him of inappropriate behavior.
