A 70-year-old man was traveling northbound in a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia when he crossed over the solid double yellow lines and collided with a 68-year-old man traveling southbound in a 2022 Mack Anthem, according to the CHP. Both big rigs came to a rest on the west shoulder with their trailers blocking the southbound lane.
The 70-year-old man was ejected from the Freightliner and suffered major injuries.
