The Summit County Medical Examiner identified him as Jimmy Fletcher, of Akron.
AKRON, Ohio - Police are looking for the driver of a car who fatally struck a man on an electric bicycle and then fled the scene.According to police, when they arrived on the scene, the 47-year-old man was unconscious.
Officers said Fletcher was northbound on S. Arlington Street when he was struck by a driver in a white sedan.
