KUALA LUMPUR: Perbicaraan kes bekas menteri Wilayah Persekutuan Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor yang berdepan pertuduhan rasuah RM1 juta akan bersambung semula di hadapan hakim asal pada 23 Nov.
Ini berikutan Lailawati memaklumkan Mahkamah Persekutuan mengubah keputusan Mahkamah Rayuan dan mengembalikan semula kes itu untuk dibicarakan di hadapan Nazlan. Tengku Adnan, 69, merayu terhadap keputusan Nazlan pada 20 Sept 2019 yang menolak permohonannya supaya hakim itu menarik diri daripada mendengar perbicaraan kes yang dihadapinya.
Perbuatan itu didakwa dilakukan sebagai upah untuk membantu permohonan Nucleus Properties Sdn Bhd bagi menambah nisbah plot sebidang tanah berkaitan dengan pembangunan Lot 228, Jalan Semarak diluluskan Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur .
