The Bureau of Immigration is set to deport two South Korean fugitives.

Byungchan has a standing warrant of arrest issued by the Seoul central district court on April 6, 2023 for fraud cases.

BI-FSU Acting Chief Rendel Ryan Sy said Byungchan was allegedly a member of a voice phishing syndicate. The Korean had reportedly profited about 260 million won or $195,000 from victims after disguising as a financial lender.
