, Bey gets real about what she weighed and how she felt before embarking on her health and fitness journey.
"I'm back on the stage after giving birth to twins," Beyonce said in the video. "I was a woman that felt like my body was not mine. It's time to work, so I have to get in that zone. It's like a different head space. Me getting the weight off was so much easier than getting back in shape and my body feeling comfortable."
"It's just making a move toward healthier choices. You guys have super long schedules; I know what that's like. You need the energy to be able to move around, to travel. You have a lot happening right now, but we also wanna make sure that we're taking care of ourselves," he added. "These little things that help empower us are gonna make us stronger.
"I was supposed to do Coachella the year prior, but I got pregnant unexpectedly," she revealed. "And it ended up being twins, which was even more of a surprise." But once her babies made a healthy entrance into the world, Beyonce was faced with the reality that she now weighed 218 lbs. In the film, she explained she began to cut out bread, carbs, sugar, dairy, meat and alcohol."A lot of the choreography is about feeling, so it's not as technical, it's your own personality that brings it to life," she said of performing. "That's hard when you don't feel like yourself. I had to rebuild my body from cut muscles.
