A new Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F video is out, previewing Eddie Murphy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt commandeering a helicopter.
The new clip shows off Murphy and Gordon-Levitt heading to the roof of an LAPD building to commandeer a helicopter. Despite Gordon-Levitt’s protests, the two take off in the helicopter, only for Murphy to find out Gordon-Levitt’s character stopped flying because of a crash.
“Detective Axel Foley is back on the beat in Beverly Hills. After his daughter’s life is threatened, she (movie, directed by Martin Brest, was released in 1984. It quickly became a huge financial hit, making approximately $234 million at the global box office, and helped further Murphy’s acting career following his roles in 1982’s 48 Hrs., 1983’s Trading Places, and 1984’s Best Defense.
Beverly Hills Cop was followed by two sequels, 1987’s Beverly Hills Cop II and 1994’s Beverly Hills Cop III.
