Perfect if you're struggling with Veganuary this year
Veganuary is an annual challenge that sees people attempt to follow a vegan lifestyle for the entire month of January. With 2023 officially here, many people across the country will be attempting to eat less meat as part of their New Year's resolutions.
Muckle Media has shared a list of its top five restaurants across the country serving up tasty vegan food, from contemporary dining to classic cuisine. Three of the spots featured in the list are located in Edinburgh: Divino Enoteca, Gleneagles Townhouse, and Prestonfield House. If it's true luxury you're after, then make sure to head to Gleneagles Townhouse, which serves up a seasonally inspired and modern-yet-classic menu. For those going vegan this month, make sure to try the mouth-watering plant-based burger with tomato, caramelised onion, sweet pickle and fries.
Moving over to Glasgow, Eusebi Deli is another restaurant that has been named as a top Veganuary destination by Muckle Media. Its vegan sourdough pizza with pumpkin puree cream base, roasted onion, and pear or maccheroni arrabiata with EVOO, garlic, and chilli is a must-try.
