Bersatu surprised by Labuan MP’s decision

MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Police are looking for evidence that will directly link the police officer identified as a “person of interest” in the disappearance of beauty queen, former Miss Batangas Catherine Camilon.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bersatu was caught off-guard when another of its MPs decided to support Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, says party youth chief Wan Ahmad Fayshal Wan Ahmad Kamal.

“We were in the dark. The Kuala Kangsar MP met with the president, deputy president and secretary-general first. That was how we got to know about the blackmails,” he told The Star. Wan Ahmad Fayshal, who is also Machang MP, said he expects the party to issue a show-cause letter to Suhaili.
