Bernie Sanders is way outpacing Trump in donations from active-duty troops — and he has more than doubled Joe Biden
Trump’s initial appeal to the troops was likely down to the isolationist platform he ran on in 2016, but over the past three years, the president has shown that he lacks the leadership ability to overcome the inertia of the bipartisan war machine.
