A victim was treated for a gunshot wound at Highland Hospital in Oakland.
Gunshots were reported the afternoon of Oct. 24 near the intersection of Henry Street and Berkeley Way, according to the Berkeley Police Department. Officers arrived to find signs of a shooting, but no victims or suspects.
