Benz Mining Corp. (TSXV: BZ) (ASX: BNZ) announced the results of voting at its Annual General and Special Shareholder Meeting held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 10am (AWST) in Perth, Australia . All matters submitted to shareholders for approval were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting. A total of 41,010,211 common shares were voted, representing approximately 24.25% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.

On 6 November 2024, Benz announced a binding agreement to acquire the Glenburgh and Mt Egerton Gold Projects in Western Australia from Spartan Resources Limited (ASX: SPR). This acquisition will mark a transformational step, establishing Benz as a multi-jurisdictional gold exploration company with a focus on unlocking value in underexplored assets. The Glenburgh Project features a Mineral Resource Estimate of 16.3Mt at 1.0 g/t Au (510,100 ounces of contained gold). Benz's key point of difference lies in its team's deep geological expertise and the use of advanced geological techniques, particularly in high-metamorphic terrane exploration
