Justeru katanya, perlu ada ruang bagi pelonggaran PKP “dalam kerangka selamat keperluan kesihatan awam”. Yong berkata, walaupun kerajaan negeri membenarkan kilang dan ladang minyak sawit tertentu dibuka dengan syarat, namun pihak berkuasa mengambil masa lebih 10 hari untuk memaklumkan bahawa mereka mahu memeriksa lebih banyak fakta dan keadaan di lapangan.
