BEN SHEPHARD - Good Morning Britain and Tipping Point presenter - has shared a surprising admission about a 'rule' his wife has 'been enforcing' in their marriage, as the couple celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary in quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic.
