The newest episode of 'Below Deck Mediterranean' showed Captain Sandy Yawn getting 'pissed' during a charter

The newest episode of Below Deck Mediterranean showed Captain Sandy Yawn getting 'pissed' during a charter. Sandy was frustrated at the deck team during the Monday, November 24, episode, as Nathan Gallagher struggled as boson.

After swapping out two deckhands, Nathan adjusted to new crew members Joe Bradley and Victoria SanJuan as they worked alongside Max Salvador. Nathan was reprimanded for being too friendly with Joe instead of being a boss. He was then called out for not making sure there was also a deckhand on the swim platform to look out for the guests. In Monday's episode, however, Sandy found Nathan joking around with the stews in the pantry instead of being on deck. 'Nathan, could you go do your job, please? Stay focused,' she said, before complaining in a confessional, 'I don't understand why Nathan keeps being goofy. I need a bosun, not a brosun.''I just feel like I untensed my body for one moment and I just get f***ing chewed out,' he shared. 'I am working my ass off. I can't catch a break.' Sandy continued to put pressure on Nathan after noticing that Max was on a tender with a guest. She tried to get the deckhand back on board since guests weren't allowed to drive a tender — especially so far from the boat. 'Get your f***ing s*** together on this deck,' Sandy told Nathan as the episode ended on a cliffhanger. 'This isn't a free for all. Now I am pissed.' Season 10, which premiered in September, reunited Aesha Scott with Sandy and now-bosun Nathan. In addition to past Below Deck star deckhand Max, the rest of the crew includes Chef Josh Bingham and stews Kizzi Kitchener and Cathy Skinner. 'Consistency makes a better boat,' Sandy exclusively told Us Weekly about hoping to remain with some of the same crew season to season. 'You're not always training people and they're not always finding their feet. But to be honest, every boat that we get every season is different. It's rare we get the same boat every season.' Sandy explained that there are always obstacles, sharing, 'No matter if you return or not, you're still going to have to figure out the boat because it'll probably be a different one. Having consistency when we return is great because the trust factor for me is there — or the watch factor to make sure I keep an eye on them. Because sometimes they're just not great at certain things but they're great at others.' She concluded: 'Aesha is well-rounded. , I think unless you're pushed into something, you're never going to know if you're a fit. I think pressure makes us better. I do apply the pressure and let's see how well Nathan handles that pressure.''Having Nathan as my boss was nice to see because you can see a person grow. But don't get me wrong, you do see a very different side of Nathan this season. If you're a bit more organized, things will work out better,' Joe teased to Us earlier this month. 'He's the boss so I am going to respect his position.''I want to be there. I want to be there for a dear friend and respect a professional position regardless of who it is,' he continued. 'So was I nervous? Not one single bit. I just want to be there for someone. That's my take on it.'
