North Belfast has its very own A-Dell, after a woman was spotted wearing a PC monitor on her head while walking her dog.The woman is seen walking down the street with a PC monitor on her head, perhaps to shield from the cold conditions, although she is not wearing a Mac.Some people have said it is a case of PC gone mad, while others say a nice, easy walk with the dog is better than a hard drive.
It's not clear exactly why the person was wearing the bizarre outfit , but locals will be monitoring the situation.
