The event was not without incident, in fact, there was a debate about her presence at the City Hall ahead of her presentation.She faces corruption-related charges, including fraud and money laundering.Gumede eventually gave her budget and said the municipality has invested where residents will benefit.Over R19.5-million has been allocated to youth development in eThekwini Municipality.
