“Sekiranya bekalan terjejas, kita boleh import kerana sudah jalinkan persefahaman dengan negara pengeksport seperti Thailand dan China,“ katanya kepada pemberita selepas merasmikan Expo Makanan Antarabangsa Sabah 2024 di Pusat Konvensyen Antarabangsa Sabah di sini hari ini. Mengenai bekalan beras negara, beliau berkata sasaran untuk mencapai 100 peratus kadar sara diri perlu dilaksana bagi memastikan bekalan beras sentiasa mencukupi untuk rakyat.
