The building we’re sitting in the pub, the Counting House, is 500 years old, and we’re right in the heart of London, in the Old City of London. And the good thing is the pub has been renovated in that time, and so it’s in pristine condition and ready to go for this amazing music shoot forThe creative for this is we are bringing a true, Amapiano party into a true, authentic English pub.Amapiano is a South African dance and music genre.
So we have a Steadicam, we have a tower cam, we have handhelds, all to get all the best angles all at once at the same time. But the one thing that maintains is the feeling of it being alive, certainly the vocal.I absolutely love working with Tyla. She’s a global superstar right there in the making.
