Every time Charlotte Tilbury launches a new product, it's cause for great excitement in the beauty world. And the popular make-up brand's latest innovation is no exception – and beauty fans are all saying the same thing.
To apply, Charlotte says to glide it over the face from the centre outwards, then blend with fingers of a foundation brush.
