Bears' Keenan Allen says he's ready to move on with Thomas Brown as interim coach

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Keenan Allen was back on the practice field for the Bears Thursday after sitting out Wednesday.Allen and the rest of the Bears are trying to move forward with Interim Head Coach Thomas Brown after a series of frustrating losses. The wide receiver said there has been a lack of accountability from the previous coaches.'I think it's the accountability, and you know, the way the games were ending,' he said.

'One tangible thing that could be better is clock and game management. New offensive coordinator Chris Beatty said that has been a big part of his coaching career, and something he and Brown focused in on immediately.* One of the first things that Thomas and I talked about was how to streamline that, and to make it smoother, we went through the process of trying how we're going to simulate that in the game—and trying to get that to where it's not an issue,' Beatty said.
