Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus and his wife, Kelly, on Friday placed their five-bedroom, 7,404-square-foot Cape Cod-style house in Carmel, Indiana, on the market for $1.69 million. Eberflus just completed his first year as the Bears’ head coach after serving as the Indianapolis Colts’ defensive coordinator from 2018 until 2021. Locally, he and his wifeIn Carmel, the couple paid $1.01 million in 2018 for the house that they now have for sale.
Listing agent Mike Deck declined to comment. A Bears spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment. The house had a $12,013 property tax bill in the 2022 tax year, along with a $391-a-month cost for homeowners association dues.Advertisement
