The Chicago Bears never said die in their battle against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Despite being down by two touchdowns at halftime, they came away with the win.The Bears escaped with the victory over the Titans to pick up their first win of the season, 24-17. The Chicago defense came up in a huge way, and because of that, they propelled rookie quarterback and No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams to his first NFL victory as a starter.
Things seemed to be going wrong for Williams and the Bears, who were down 17-3 at halftime. However, the Bears' defense flipped the switch, blocking a kick to cut the lead to a one-possession game in the third quarter.And in the fourth quarter, with less than eight minutes left, Tyrique Stevenson returned an interception for a touchdown for 43 yards.
