The new trailer previews the upcoming docuseries, which comes from BBC Studios Natural History Unit, the producers of Planet Earth and Blue Planet . The series will showcase the various wonders, secrets, and things found across the supercontinent.
The Americas is set to premiere on NBC with a special two-hour episode on February 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. ET. Following the premiere, the series will begin to air weekly on March 2, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. ET. Episodes will also be available to stream on Peacock after they air.
“The Americas showcases the wonders, secrets and fragilities of the world’s greatest supercontinent,” reads the series’ official synopsis. “For the first time, the Americas stars in its own incomparable series, using cutting-edge technology to uncover never-before-seen behavior, and highlight the extraordinary, untold wildlife stories that will deeply connect with millions around the world.
