Doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health
A BBC journalist has apologised for announcing that Queen Elizabeth had died. and is being surrounded by her family.
BBC World News anchor and correspondent Yalda Hakim tweeted that there had been an announcement that the Queen was dead. She later deleted the tweet and sent another message that reads: "I tweeted that there had been an announcement about the death of the Queen. This was incorrect, there has been no announcement, and so I have deleted the tweet. I apologise."Hundreds of people shared, commented and retweeted the message of apology.
The Queen's doctors have said she is under medical supervision and they are concerned for her health. She has been forced to cancel a number of public appearances and appointments in recent weeks as well as constitutional duties.
