UK rights for the tournament will be held between BBC and ITV, with the latter gaining exclusive coverage of England's last 16, quarter-final and semi-final matches if the Three Lions get that far.and Ashley Williams will also be on the sofa, with Shearer on co-commentary duties for England's group stage opener against Serbia.
On the commentary front, Clive Tyldesley is listed as one of the main commentators, with Sam Matterface taking the main role.
