A Baytown teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl at his wife’s home daycare, according to Baytown Police Department.

Jingco worked as a teacher atThe incident was reported during the summertime, specifically one incident on July 29, at Jingco’s wife’s home daycare, located in the 4800 block of East Chase Street.
The child’s mom was the one who reported it to police after an employee of the home daycare witnessed Jingco and her daughter, “in precarious situations.” Police interviewed an employee at the home daycare of stated “she observed defendant kissing the child on the mouth in his office while the child was sitting on the defendant’s lap.” The employee also told police, according to documents, they witnessed “multiple incidents that made her uncomfortable while working.”
Records state the child told investigators her clothes were never removed during the apparent assault. But it did happen “more than one time.” The 5-year-old told police she didn’t see anyone else assaulted. Court documents state the child, “denied being touched by anyone except Pastor on her private part.”Christian Academy stated that Jingco passed his criminal background check before teaching at the school. School officials said the allegations does not involved any BCA students.
KPRC 2′s Rilwan Balogun met Jingco’s attorney Jose Ceja Monday morning at court at which Ceja denied commenting for this story.We at Baytown Christian Academy were devastated to learn of these allegations shortly before the arrest. Mr. Jingco passed a criminal background check, which is standard for a BCA employee. The allegations did not involve any BCA students and did not occur at BCA or during the school year.
