A school bus driver in Baytown being investigated tonight after a student says she pushed and kicked him off the bus on to the ground.

The boy’s mom says she was so concerned after the incident at Victoria Walker Middle School that she rushed her son to the hospital to get x-rays. Fortunately, nothing was broken but she says she’s still upset and shocked, especially because this was all over a basketball. “When I got off the bus, I asked for the ball when everybody left. And then she had closed it and my backpack got stuck in the window. And then she opened it and I got into the bus and asked for my ball, and then she turned me around and pushed me off,” he said.“He was knocking on the door, and she sped off as he was knocking on the door, so, how close is he to that door?” Jones said.
