A tree trimmer died Tuesday after getting caught in a wood chipper in Menlo Park, a Bay Area suburb, officials and found a man who had fallen into the industrial equipment. The Menlo Park fire department and coroner’s office, as well as a team from the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, also responded to the scene.
