A Sig-alert was issued for the closure at San Pablo Dam Road.Interstate 580 in Oakland was shut down in both direections Friday morning due to flooding between High Street and 35th Avenue, according to the CHP.Several roads in Santa Rosa, including Highway 12, are closed due to flooding, the Santa Rosa Fire Department said.
