A High Surf Warning is in effect for the coastline until 10 a.m. Saturday due to the heavy rain and strong wind. Waves are expected to be 20 - 25 feet tall.
Authorities say Highway 92 has reopened with alternating one-way traffic controls from upper Highway 35 west to Pilacritos Creek Road.
