A federal judge on Monday sentenced a 52-year-old Vacaville man and Solano County Hells Angels member to 46 months in prison for being a felon in possession of firearms.
In October 2021, two different victims — each a member of a different motorcycle club that is considered a “puppet” club of the Hells Angels — were beaten by Killough and other club members based on perceived infractions of the Hells Angels’ rules. Court documents showed that, on Dec. 8, 2021, law enforcement officers, carrying out a search warrant at Caspers’ Vacaville home, found several firearms and ammunition, including 18 rounds of .22‑caliber, .25‑caliber, and/or .38-caliber ammunition in his master bedroom and bathroom, noted.
A previously convicted felon, Alvarez, who is in his early 50s, earlier pleaded guilty to weapons charges, has been sentenced to 21 months in prison.
