Bay Area cabaret performances lead the voting in this year’s BroadwayWorld Houston...

Patrisso and Phillips sang a medley of “Be My Baby,” “I Can’t Help Falling in Love with You,” “Unforgettable, “Don’t Go Breakin’ My Heart” and “YMCA” in the tribute to Burnett’s popular TV variety show from the 1970s, said Bonnie Reichel, an actress who performed in comedy skits in the PLT production.

PLT and Art Park Players are nominees for Favorite Local Theatre, a category which is currently led by the Alley Theatre in Houston, with 13 percent of the vote. Not far behind, with 10 percent, is The Garden Theatre, for whom Wyatt recently appeared in “Cruel Intentions, the '90s Musical,” at Midtown Arts & Theater Center in Houston. She played Bunny Caldwell, a character based on Madame de Volanges in the modern retelling of the 1782 novel “Les Liasons dangereuses.” Reviewing the show for BroadwayWorld.
