Sixteen of 19 bars and music venues along the St. Mary's Strip in the Tobin Hill community agreed to changes in business operations in order to cut down on parking and crime issues for residents.
– Tobin Hill residents may start to see improvements after their complaints about crime, parking and trash as area business owners launch changes to their operating standards.
The city is also working on a noise ordinance pilot program that could yield some possible solutions by the summer. “They just need to be willing to accept that nothing’s gonna happen overnight, but some of those things look like they could take place pretty quickly,” she said.
