The Tony award-winning Australian entertainer died at the age of 89 following complications from hip surgery. “He was brave he was hilarious, he was naturally funny, he was just a wizard of technique as a comedian,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “He also just stuck by his principles – these people in the Melbourne Festival, they’ll be forgotten, they already are.”
