CLEVELAND, Ohio - Northeast Ohioans sure know how to bring cheer to their neighborhoods this dreary winter, with several residents shoveling or blowing snow while dressed in fun costumes.after the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day snowstorm dumped more than a foot of snow in many areas. The person inside the inflatable suit cleared the entire block for their neighbors. Residents said that wasn’t the first time the unicorn appeared; the magical being was seen snow-blowing in 2020.
