Despite their widely covered financial struggles, Spanish giants Barcelona have confirmed they have reached an agreement for the signing of a Brazil international for a fee believed to be €58 million .

The Catalan club has announced the signing of Leeds United winger Raphinha, pending the passing of a medical. Raphinha, 25, is set to become the Blaugrana's third arrival of the transfer window following the additions of Franck Kessie and Andreas Christensen, who both arrived as free agents. The Selecao winger is represented by ex-Barcelona midfielder Deco, who was believed to be key in a deal being struck with the LaLiga giants.
