“Ayaw na natin ng pila, kasi walang social distancing diyan at nagkakaroon ng mass gathering na ipinagbabawal ng IATF ,” he told CNN Philippines. He added that house-to-house delivery of quarantine passes would make sure the holders are residents of the area.
